Request for Proposals: Building Capacity for Tobacco Dependence Treatment in Japan

Global Bridges: Healthcare Alliance for Tobacco Dependence Treatment, hosted at Mayo Clinic, and Pfizer Inc., in collaboration with the Japan Cancer Society, are pleased to announce a new grant opportunity focused on building capacity to treat tobacco dependence in Japan.

The new opportunity leverages the experience of all three organizations to address the unique needs of tobacco control and tobacco dependence treatment among healthcare professionals in Japan. Mayo Clinic, Japan Cancer Society, and Pfizer Inc. are pleased to offer this opportunity for qualified organizations to aid in reducing the death and disease caused by tobacco use in Japan. Please note that applications will be accepted in Japanese language.

RFP Background and Rationale: The application process and format for Letters of Intent (LOIs) is described within this document. Based on an expert panel review of LOIs, a number of applicants will be asked to submit Full Proposals.
